The Golfer's Workout

Easy on the Knees
Floor Workout

This is a lower body floor workout that is designed for people that tend to have sore knees during their workouts. Many times, the most effective way to help sore knees is to strengthen the surrounding muscles that support them.  That can be a bit tricky because some of the best exercises for strengthening the muscles around the knees, are also the ones that can cause more damage or pain.  I've created this workout to make those muscles stronger without putting a lot of pressure on the knees.  That being said, this workout is not for everyone and you should always consult with your physician before starting an exercise program, especially if you are having joint pain.
