Why Online Training?
I totally understand that not everyone can foot the cost of traditional personal training or arrange their schedule to fit my in home training sessions.That is why I have created my online coaching program at a fraction of the cost, and with the freedom to train around your own schedule.
How Does it Work?
Personalized Workout Plan Exercise Plan
Each month you will receive a workout plan based upon your last month's progress and our initial assessment. This will guide you from the beginning of the month all the way to the end. This is not a cookie cutter program. Your workouts will be laid out to help you with YOUR specific goals. Your workouts will be delivered to you via email on the 1st day of the month (sometimes before) , and will be in the form of guided workout videos that I have created, or written out in an exercise/reps format. You will receive at least 4 workouts per week, most workouts are 35 minutes or longer. I will usually include one workout each week that is on the shorter side (20 minutes or shorter), for you to use on a day you are short on time.
What Will You Need?
Your workouts are designed to be done in the comfort of your home, so you won't need to have access to a lot of fancy equipment.The only things you will need is a set of dumbbells, and a mat or something soft to lay on. Adjustable dumbbells are awesome, but if you're on a budget, it's fine to go with 1 or 2 regular sets of dumbbells. You can find these at any sporting goods store, Target, Walmart or Play It Again Sports. A good starting point for females would be 5 lbs, 8 lbs, and/or 10 lbs. A good starting point for men would be 12 or 15 lbs and higher. I would recommend getting at least two different sized sets, because some exercises will require you to use more or less weight than other exercises. I would also recommend purchasing a calendar or planner that you will be able to log your competed workouts in. At your weekly check in, I will want you to send me a photo (or screen shot if you're using a calendar app) of your completed workouts to keep you accountable each week.
As a certified nutritionist, I will help and teach you how to make the right food choices so that your diet no longer feels like a diet. I will be working with you (and watching you) through every meal and snack. :)
Throughout the experience, you will be able to contact me via Email at any time, any day and for any reason. No question is too big or too small and I will answer each question myself personally within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Every Monday you'll be checking in with me to let me know how the previous week has gone. This lets me keep track of everything that's going on, so I can make adjustments if needed to speed your progress along.
How Much Does This Cost?
Another advantage of going online is that it's significantly cheaper than traditional personal training. You will be getting all of this for only $79 per month, which wouldn't even cover the cost of two of my regular sessions. You can cancel anytime you choose by sending an email to email@example.com by the 25th of the month.
