  • Customization: Each workout is designed to meet your specific goals and work around any medical or joint issues you may have.

  • Nutrition Advice: Learn how to eat for life instead of "dieting".

  • Fitness "Assignments": Learn what you need to do on the days you don't have a training session.

  • Privacy: In home training is great if you don't like training in a gym.

  • Convenience: Your trainer will bring any equipment you may need for a great workout right to your door.

Common Questions and Answers:

"I'm not in good enough shape to start an exercise program, will I even be able to keep up?" Answer: I will make sure you are comfortable and are starting at your fitness level.Many people feel the same way but find out that after they get started, they can do more than they think they can AND end up having a great time. 


What is a Body Assessment Session? Answer:  This is a session in which we will spend about 30 minutes taking your measurements, going over your fitness goals and talking about your health background. This is followed by a great workout. That's it! If you like what you see during this session, we can talk about  short term and long term packages.
